Logic Puzzles, Built to Reason Through

Every game rewards careful thinking — and every puzzle has one consistent solution waiting at the end.

  • Two solvers at separate desks finish the same puzzle and write the same answer.

    One Solution, Reachable by Logic

Every puzzle has one consistent solution that careful reasoning will get you to. Two solvers who finish today end up writing the same answer.

  • A finished puzzle resting on the kitchen table after a quiet solve.

    Built for one sitting

Each Tilerdle and Alibi takes most solvers five to fifteen minutes. Long enough to make you think, short enough to stay a treat rather than a chore — no streak nag, no infinite feed underneath.

  • A row of puzzles ascending from a small early-week solve to a deeper weekend one.

A week that finds its rhythm

The week starts mellow and slowly knots itself tighter. Each day's puzzle sits a step deeper than the last, so the daily habit always has somewhere to grow without ever turning into homework.

A few quiet minutes, not a streak

Most daily puzzles have grown into something else — a streak to protect, a leaderboard to climb, a feed to keep scrolling once you finish. Knotwise doesn't.

The day's puzzle arrives at midnight Eastern. Solve it when you have the time, in the time it takes — five minutes for an early-week Tilerdle, closer to fifteen for a Sunday Alibi. When you finish, the page just thanks you. No notification chasing you tomorrow. No “you’re on fire” badge. No bottomless rail of suggested next puzzles underneath.

That's the design choice underneath everything else. Knotwise is meant to be a site you visit on purpose, leave when you're done, and remember fondly. Something to enjoy and step away from, not an attention trap.
