How to Play Solitile

Draw, sort, and clear every family of word cards into crowned slots before your moves run out — a daily word-association solitaire.

Input

Controls

Tap the pile to flip a card into play. Drag the top card of a column or the pile onto a slot.

Category cards

1. Open a family

Each crowned card names a family. Drag one onto an empty crowned slot to open it.

Word cards

2. Fill it with its words

Drag each matching word onto the open slot. Families run three to eight words — the last one completes it, and the slot pops, clears, and frees up for the next.

Stacking

3. Use columns as a workspace

Only three slots for all those families — park spare cards in the columns and juggle. An empty column takes anything; otherwise words stack only on their own category card or another word from the same family.

Win condition

Mind your moves

Clear every family to win. Every drag — and every draw from the pile — spends one of your moves; run the budget dry before the board is clear and the game is lost. Recycling the spent pile back into the draw stack is free.
